Dana Asato, EdD, MBA, BSN, CENP, LSSBB
Dana Asato is a healthcare executive, strategist, and Managing Partner of Davin Consulting, bringing extensive leadership experience across hospital operations, organizational transformation, systems of care, workforce strategy, leadership development, and clinical performance improvement.
Throughout her career, Dana has led complex healthcare organizations through periods of growth, operational disruption, regulatory scrutiny, workforce challenges, and large-scale change. Her experience includes enterprise and hospital operations, strategic program development, service-line transformation, capital and facility development, performance improvement, and the design of leadership and organizational infrastructure that turns strategy into measurable action.
Dana’s approach combines executive perspective with practical execution. She works with healthcare organizations and leaders to identify what is getting in the way of performance, establish clear priorities and accountability, strengthen leadership capability, and build systems that can sustain improvement beyond the engagement.
Her work also extends to healthcare education and leadership development, including the design of accredited continuing medical education, executive development programs, and interdisciplinary learning experiences.

Kevin Asato, CSS
Kevin Asato is a Managing Partner of Davin Consulting, bringing extensive experience in business operations, strategic execution, partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale program and event management.
Throughout his career, Kevin has worked across complex operational environments where success depends on strong relationships, disciplined execution, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders. His experience includes business development, operational planning, partnership management, program execution, and the development of high-touch professional experiences.
At Davin Consulting, Kevin brings an operational and business perspective that complements the firm’s healthcare expertise. He helps translate ideas into executable plans, build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, and create the structure necessary to move initiatives from concept through implementation.
Kevin also serves as Co-Founder of Elevated Healthcare Symposiums (EHS), where he supports the development and execution of accredited healthcare education programs, including faculty and industry engagement, sponsorship strategy, event operations, and attendee experience.
