Dana oversees the Healthcare Services side of the business. Dana brings 20+ years of experience in clinical and operations leadership ranging from service line director to hospital C-Suite. She has experience in for profit, not for profit, community, academic, and trauma medical centers. Dana has extensive project and program management experience and a keen eye for facility wide efficiency, through put and workforce optimization. She is certified in Executive Nursing Practice and holds a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. She is currently completing her doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
Kevin oversees the Beverage side of the practice. Kevin is a 30 year beverage industry expert with experience in Adult Beverage, Non-Alcoholic Beverages and Carbonated Soft Drinks. His tenure with Anheuser Busch, PepsiCo, Dr. Pepper Snapple, Bacardi USA, and most recently with Republic National Distributing has enabled him to develop and execute Sales, Marketing, and Distribution plans across multiple channels in both state and national capacities. He currently serves on the board of the Uncle Nearest Venture Fund that facilitates the growth of BIPOC or female owned adult beverage companies. Kevin is passionate about mentoring minority talent to become tomorrow's leaders and to improve racial equalities in the beverage and CPG industries
Kevin played a key role in helping to build Cutwater's business in California. We had to make sure our distributor partner was going to keep pace with our growth and goals and Kevin led the charge.
